Onboarding headaches with new prop firms – anyone else seeing this?

Been looking at a few prop firms lately, and the KYB process seems to have gotten even more convoluted than usual. It feels like every step is an additional hurdle; wondering if others are encountering similar friction or if it's just my luck with the ones I'm scoping out.

It's not just you. The regulatory environment has tightened, which means more hoops for the firms and, by extension, for us. I've noticed it too, especially with some of the newer, smaller firms trying to establish credibility.

It's not just you. Many prop firms are tightening up their KYB due to increased regulatory scrutiny. It's a pain, but understandable given the landscape.

I've definitely noticed an increase in scrutiny, especially around source of funds and identification. It's frustrating, but I wonder if some of it is a reaction to recent regulatory pushes or even just tighter internal compliance across the board.
