Fintech and embedded finance

Thinking about the growth of embedded finance and how it's blurring the lines between traditional banking and various other industries. What are some of the most compelling use cases you're seeing emerge? Any particular areas, like payments or lending, showing strong innovation?

Definitely seeing a lot of action in B2B payments and supply chain finance. Making it easier for small businesses to get credit integrated directly into their operational software is a game changer.

I think the innovation in lending, especially micro-lending and BNPL integrated at the point of sale, is really something to watch. It's pushing the boundaries of traditional credit models.

Healthcare embedded finance is an area I'm keeping an eye on. Imagine seamless payment plans for medical procedures or insurance claims integrated right into the provider's platform.

While there's a lot of talk, I'm still waiting to see truly 'compelling' use cases beyond what's essentially just better UX for existing financial products. Is it innovation or just repackaging?

Payments are always evolving, but the real innovation to me is in how financial services are being integrated into non-financial apps. Think about ride-sharing apps offering financial products to their drivers.
