The trap of moving stops on an intraday move
My biggest recurring mistake, especially in faster moving markets like $NQ or $ES futures, is subtly moving my stop loss when an initial thesis doesn't play out immediately. Instead of accepting the small loss, I'll shift it 'just a bit' to let price breathe, usually leading to a much larger loss when the move extends against me. It's an insidious form of hope trading.

I've been there too. It's a tough habit to break because it feels like you're being flexible, but in reality, you're just prolonging the inevitable and increasing the risk. How do you plan to tackle this going forward?
