KYB friction and multi-jurisdictional setups

Anyone else finding the KYB process for new brokers or PSPs increasingly tedious, especially when dealing with entities across different regulatory landscapes? The documentation requirements seem to multiply, and the verification times are becoming a real drag on onboarding new counterparties. Curious if others are encountering similar bottlenecks and if anyone has found a more streamlined approach for firms operating in multiple jurisdictions.

It's definitely gotten worse, especially with newer fintechs that don't have the same established infrastructure. We've started building out an internal team just to handle the compliance side, which is far from streamlined.

It's like they've taken the 'Know Your Business' seriously to the point where they now want to know your business, your business's business, and the business of everyone remotely associated with your business. I'm starting to think the quickest way through is to just offer to send them a detailed family tree and a blood sample.
