Onboarding Friction for Multi-Jurisdictional CFDs

Anyone else finding the KYB process increasingly convoluted when trying to onboard with new CFD brokers, especially for entities operating across multiple jurisdictions? The documentation requirements seem to balloon, and the back-and-forth can stretch what should be a straightforward process into weeks. Curious if others have found efficient ways to navigate this without sacrificing compliance or just giving up on adding new providers.

It's not just you. The hoops brokers make you jump through for multi-jurisdictional KYB are ridiculous. I've found that having a dedicated compliance person who lives and breathes that paperwork is the only way to shorten the process.

It's not just you. The regulatory environment has tightened considerably, making multi-jurisdictional KYB a real headache. There's no real shortcut; it's mostly about having all your entity's documentation perfectly in order before you even start the application.
