Payout reliability for non-US retail brokers

Anyone else finding an increasing number of payment processors for retail forex brokers are having 'technical difficulties' or just straight up refusing payouts to specific regions? It's getting tedious vetting new partners.

It's definitely a headache. Have you noticed any particular patterns with the regions or specific payment methods that seem to be having the most issues? Could be relevant to see if it's regulatory tightening or something else.
