Anyone else finding Prop Firm payout processes getting clunkier?
Been trading with a few different prop firms over the last year, mostly focused on forex and some indices. Generally happy with the challenges and the platforms, but I've noticed a trend recently with payouts. It feels like the friction has increased across the board. Used to be fairly straightforward – request, confirm, funds in a day or two. Now it's often more hoops: new KYC documents requested even after initial approval, longer processing times, or sometimes new PSPs popping up that I haven't used before and need to set up accounts for.
Is it just me, or are others experiencing this too? I get that regulations evolve, but it's starting to eat into the efficiency. Specifically, I'm curious if anyone has found firms that maintain a genuinely streamlined, reliable payout process with minimal fuss once you're verified. Not asking for specific recommendations that break forum rules, just general experience or strategies you've found for navigating these increasingly complex payout workflows.
I've definitely seen this with a couple of firms too. Some are citing new regulatory hurdles, which makes sense, but it still adds a layer of frustration to the process.
