Onboarding Friction for Corporate Accounts: A Recurring Issue?

Been thinking a lot lately about the varying experiences with broker onboarding for corporate entities, especially when dealing with multiple jurisdictions or more complex trust structures. It seems like every time we try to set up an account, even with established, regulated brokers, there's a significant amount of back-and-forth on documentation, often for information that feels redundant across different providers. It's not just the initial KYB, but ongoing requests that crop up. Anyone else find this consistently to be a major bottleneck, particularly for prop firm-style operations or funds looking to diversify their execution venues? I'm curious if certain brokers or regions are notably smoother than others, or if this is just an unavoidable part of the compliance landscape for anything beyond a basic individual account. It feels like a space ripe for some efficiency gains, but perhaps the regulatory burden just makes it impossible.
