Onboarding Friction for Corporate Accounts and Multiple Jurisdictions

Curious to hear from others who operate a trading entity across different regulatory landscapes, particularly those dealing with multiple PSPs or brokerages for various asset classes. We've been experiencing significant drag in the onboarding and KYB processes for our corporate accounts. It seems every entity, regardless of previous verification or reputation, treats each new application as if it's the first time they've encountered a legitimate trading firm.

The real headache starts when trying to get a consistent level of service or even just sensible documentation requirements across different jurisdictions for what is essentially the same beneficial owner. Some brokers have reasonable requests, while others demand documents that are practically non-existent for our setup, leading to weeks of back-and-forth. This isn't about hiding anything; it's about the sheer inefficiency. Anyone else dealing with this kind of friction, especially with new crypto-focused prime brokers or liquidity providers? Are there any setups or strategies you've found that streamline this, or is it just the cost of doing business in a highly regulated, yet inconsistently applied, global market?
