Onboarding Friction for Corporate Accounts – Any Best Practices?

Having a rough time with KYB lately when trying to set up new corporate trading accounts, specifically for our prop firm's expansion. The documentation requirements are getting more intense, and it feels like every broker/PSP has a slightly different set of hoops to jump through. We're talking multiple UBO declarations, proof of funds tracing back several steps, and increasingly invasive data requests that seem disproportionate to the account size or trading volume.

Anyone else experiencing this escalation? Is there an industry standard I'm missing or a workaround for streamlining this without compromising compliance? The back-and-forth adds weeks to what should be a straightforward process, delaying fund deployment and new strategy execution. Any insights on brokers or PSPs that have genuinely efficient corporate onboarding would be appreciated. Not looking for names, but rather the type of solutions or internal processes that seem to cut through the red tape effectively. It's becoming a significant bottleneck.

We've seen similar issues. One thing that helped streamline our process was centralizing all the required documentation, and creating a 'master' file that we could then tailor slightly for each broker. Have you tried reaching out to your prime brokers for advice on their preferred formats or to see if they offer any assistance with the KYB process?
