On-chain metrics vs. market sentiment for $BTC – how do you weigh them?

I've been digging into on-chain data for $BTC lately, specifically MVRV and SOPR, and they often seem to give a very different read than the general market sentiment, especially on the shorter timeframes. Sometimes the on-chain looks fantastic, but the broader macro fear keeps prices suppressed, or vice-versa. For those of you who've been at this longer, how do you typically weigh these two inputs when making your trade decisions? Do you lean on one more heavily, or is there a systematic way you combine them without getting analysis paralysis?
