Onboarding speed and KYB for new PSPs – what's realistic these days?

Curious to hear about others' recent experiences onboarding new payment service providers, particularly for anyone looking to add a crypto payment rail. The KYC/KYB process seems to have gotten even more rigorous lately, which is understandable given the regulatory environment, but it feels like it's dragging out the go-live timelines significantly. What kind of timelines are you seeing from initial contact to actually processing live transactions? Are there any specific red flags or bottlenecks you've learned to anticipate or address proactively during the onboarding phase?

Definitely noticing the same trend. For traditional rails, we're still seeing 4-6 weeks for full KYB with a well-established PSP, assuming all documentation is perfect from the start. Crypto is a whole different beast; some of the more niche providers are quoting 2-3 months.
