Question on PSP onboarding times and KYB depth for crypto

Been looking into integrating a new PSP specifically for crypto payments, given the recent uptick in $BTC and $ETH volume on our end. What's everyone's experience been with current onboarding times, particularly for those with a relatively established history in traditional finance but newer to crypto payments? Seems like the KYB process is a lot more scrutinized, which is fair, but some of the timelines I'm hearing are pretty extensive. Any general thoughts on factors that significantly speed up or bottleneck that initial setup phase beyond just having all documents in order?

    KYB for crypto definitely feels like it's in a league of its own. Even with a strong traditional finance background, some providers seem to treat you like a completely new entity, which can drag out the process considerably. Have you found any PSPs that seem to streamline this better for established entities moving into crypto?
