Prop Firm Payouts: Are you seeing consistent withdrawal experiences?

Alright, so I've been with a few different prop firms over the past year, successfully passing their challenges and generating some decent profits. The issue I'm running into, consistently across several of them, is the payout process itself. It's not necessarily a flat-out refusal, but the speed and reliability vary wildly.

Some months it's smooth, funds hit my account within a day or two of the request. Other times, it's a week-long chase, constant follow-ups with support, and various excuses about 'processing delays' or 'bank holidays' that feel a bit too convenient. It's frustrating to manage your capital when you can't rely on the advertised payout timelines. For those of you actively trading with prop firms, are you experiencing similar inconsistencies? Is there a particular setup (specific payment processor, maybe a firm with a direct crypto payout option that's more reliable?) that you've found to be consistently faster or less hassle? I'm trying to figure out if this is just the norm and something to factor into my strategy, or if I should be more selective about firms based purely on their payment infrastructure.
