Scaling out vs. taking full profit on a target hit?

Still getting my head around trade management; when you hit a profit target, do most of you scale out gradually or just take the full profit in one go? I'm finding it hard to decide on $EURUSD trades lately.

I've started scaling out more recently, especially on higher conviction trades. It feels like it gives some flexibility if the move extends, but also secures partial profit if it reverses quickly after hitting the initial target.

Ah, the age-old question of whether to nibble or take the whole cake. Personally, my EURUSD trades usually scale themselves out by hitting my stop-loss anyway, so the dilemma rarely presents itself. Less stressful, I suppose.
