Onboarding for new prop firm accounts – what's the typical wait time for full access?

Starting to look at a new prop firm for a specific strategy that needs tighter spreads than my current setup, especially on $EURUSD. I've initiated the KYB process, but it feels like it's dragging. For those who've onboarded with prop firms recently, what's a realistic expectation for getting through all the compliance hurdles and actually getting funded access to a live account? I'm talking about from initial application to actually being able to place trades, not just getting approved for a demo. Just trying to gauge if my experience is standard or if I should follow up more aggressively.
