Onboarding speed with new PSPs for crypto - anyone else seeing major slowdowns?

We've been trying to bring on a new PSP for some increased $USDT volume and the KYB process is just glacial. It's not just the standard AML/CTF stuff, it feels like they're building the plane as they fly it with some of the more niche crypto-specific compliance checks. We've got clean books, established history, all the bells and whistles, but it's still taking weeks longer than expected. Is anyone else experiencing this drag, or is it just the particular providers we're looking at?
