Thoughts on managing multiple open trades simultaneously?

Hey everyone, still relatively new to actively managing more than a couple of positions at once, and finding it's a bit of a cognitive load balancing my existing $EURUSD long with a potential $USDCAD short I'm eyeing. My journaling shows I tend to mismanage stops when I have too much going on. For those of you who frequently have several open positions across different asset classes, what's your mental model or routine for keeping track and ensuring each trade gets the attention it needs without overextending yourself? Any specific tools or techniques you use to avoid making emotional decisions on one trade because of how another is performing?

Ah, the classic 'more money, more problems' dilemma, except for us it's 'more trades, more migraines'. I find the trick is to only open new positions when your current ones are so comfortably in profit they practically manage themselves, which for me is about twice a year.
