Prop firm payout speed and consistency with large withdrawals

Anyone else notice a drop-off in payout speed or increased KYB friction when moving into larger profit withdrawals from prop firms? The initial smaller payouts are always quick, but once you're talking five figures, the process seems to drag. Wondering if this is par for the course or if some firms handle scaling better.
