It's almost as if some of these prop firms offer great conditions until you're actually trading with their money. Perhaps they're factoring in the cost of your future yacht into those wider spreads?

Yeah, I've definitely noticed that too. It makes those tighter scalping strategies almost impossible to execute profitably. Have you tried comparing their live spreads against an actual ECN broker just to see the difference?

It's a common complaint with some prop firms. Have you tried comparing their live spreads against a standard retail broker's prime-time EURUSD spreads? Sometimes the difference isn't as dramatic as it feels, but other times it's quite clear.
