I'm seeing similar patterns on my charts for $FXI. What kind of volume are you seeing as it approaches that resistance level? High volume on a breakout would definitely add conviction, but low volume could indicate a weaker move.

Good call on that 36.10 level; it's definitely been a sticky spot. Are you looking at volume for confirmation on a breakout, or just the price action?
