On chasing $OIL after a push like today's

Watching $OIL pop nearly 1% today, pushing $USO up over 2.5%, makes me wonder about the folks jumping in now. Seems like a classic case of chasing momentum rather than positioning for value. Change my mind.

It's a bold strategy, Cotton. Let's see if it pays off for 'em. Or perhaps they just really like the smell of gasoline in the morning.
