(English)

I've definitely noticed this too, especially with smaller PSPs that seem to have great features but then get bogged down in manual processes. Is there a specific type of PSP that seems to handle the onboarding better in your experience, like larger, established ones versus newer fintechs?

It's always a gamble, isn't it? The 'slick' ones sometimes have equally slick but hidden fees later, while the slow ones can occasionally surprise you with rock-solid service once you're in. Hard to tell upfront which is which.

This isn't new. Most of the legacy players are slow because they've built up so much technical debt over the years, or they're just not prioritizing it for new clients who aren't whales. You get what you pay for, and sometimes that's just a lot of waiting.
