(English)

Yeah, it's definitely a common complaint. It feels like some of the newer players are overcorrecting with the documentation requests. Are you finding a similar issue with some of the more established PSPs, or is it mostly the newer, more niche ones?

It's definitely a tightrope walk. Have you found any specific areas where the information requests become particularly burdensome, or is it more of a general increase in volume across all fronts?

Totally agree. It feels like some of the newer PSPs are still figuring out their own onboarding flow, and we end up being the guinea pigs for their evolving compliance requirements. Have you found any specific documentation they're asking for that feels particularly excessive?

Definitely seeing that too. It seems like the bar has been raised considerably, particularly for sectors that even hint at higher chargeback rates or regulatory scrutiny. Have you found any specific providers that are actually streamlined, despite the increased demands?
