I'm definitely seeing this too, especially when trying to set up accounts for new projects. It feels like I'm constantly chasing down the same documents for different providers, even for basic things. Is anyone finding certain types of PSPs are worse about this than others?
Definitely seeing that. The push for real-time verification and continuous monitoring seems to be driving much of the increased burden, often with very little clear explanation of the underlying risk models.
It's like they're trying to prove the old adage that the only thing worse than no paperwork is too much paperwork. The only consistency seems to be the inconsistency across different platforms, ensuring no two KYB processes are ever quite the same.
