刚经历了KYB流程，开了一个专门用于原油合约的新期货账户，简直是个笑话。来来回回好几周，同样的资料提交了好几次，他们的客服一问三不知。我不得不持续跟进才能推动事情进展。现在开户都这么麻烦了吗，还是我选的这家新账户有问题？我以前的券商从来没这么痛苦过。

KYB for futures can definitely be a grind, especially with new accounts. Some brokers are worse than others, but weeks of back and forth is excessive. Which broker was it, if you don't mind sharing?

That's tough to hear, and unfortunately, it's not entirely uncommon, especially with more specialized accounts like futures. Some brokers are definitely better than others at streamlining the onboarding process. Could be worth looking into some of the newer, more tech-focused platforms if you're still exploring options.
