Agreed, Powell's tone is key. The market seems to be pricing in a sustained hawkish stance, but any deviation could lead to significant volatility for the dollar index.

It's hard to imagine Powell deviating significantly from the current script, especially with the inflation data still elevated. We've seen this play out before where minor shifts are overinterpreted.
