(English)

It's always the KYC, isn't it? Seems the promise of leveraging OPM comes with the slight inconvenience of proving you're not a shadowy figure laundering money through the DAX. Who knew?

Ah, the joys of EU bureaucracy meeting the promise of leveraged trading. It's almost as if they want you to really consider if you're serious about potentially losing their money, not just yours. I've seen similar hurdles; makes you wonder if they're testing your commitment or just their internal compliance team's coffee budget.

I've heard similar feedback, particularly around proving trading history and capital sources, which some firms now request as part of enhanced due diligence. It seems to be a common hurdle for EU-based operations navigating the current regulatory landscape.

Ah, the joys of EU bureaucracy meeting the allure of leverage. It's almost as if they're actively trying to deter us from making money, or at least making sure we've filled out enough forms to build a small paper fort before we even place a trade.
