Glacial? That's optimistic. I'm pretty sure my last PSP onboard asked for my first pet's blood type and a notarized scroll from a medieval scribe, then went silent for a month.

It's like they've outsourced their 'getting back to you' department to a flock of carrier pigeons, some of whom are still in training. My last one took so long I almost forgot what service I was trying to sign up for.
