It's not just you. The compliance teams seem to be swamped or understaffed, especially for larger accounts. Have you tried pushing for an escalation directly with a senior account manager? Sometimes that cuts through the red tape quicker.

It's not just you. The KYC/KYB landscape has tightened significantly across the board, not just for commodities. Are these delays with established players or newer entrants trying to capture market share?
