It's not just you. The backlog is real, and it seems like compliance departments are understaffed across the board. No secret handshake, just patience or a lot of follow-ups.

It's definitely been more cumbersome lately. I've found that having all documents prepped and perfectly matching, down to the address format, helps avoid back-and-forth, but even then, the waiting times can be frustratingly long.
