Anyone else finding KYC/KYB a black hole lately?

Seriously, it feels like every new broker or PSP onboarding these days involves submitting the same documents three times, then waiting weeks for 'verification'. Are we just stuck in this bureaucratic quagmire, or am I missing some secret handshake to expedite things?

It's not just you. The backlog is real, and it seems like compliance departments are understaffed across the board. No secret handshake, just patience or a lot of follow-ups.

It's definitely been more cumbersome lately. I've found that having all documents prepped and perfectly matching, down to the address format, helps avoid back-and-forth, but even then, the waiting times can be frustratingly long.
