SET: Overview after correction and finding new opportunities

Được dịch tự động từ bản gốc · Đọc bản gốc (English)

I've seen our $SET market consolidate for a while now, after a period of quite strong upward movement. Although we're seeing narrow-range fluctuations and some profit-taking selling, many are starting to look for new entry points or rebalance their portfolios.

Personally, I think at this point we need to be cautious about liquidity in the Thai stock market. Even though many companies still have strong fundamentals, external factors like global economic figures remain volatile. For example, the $SPX500 market has seen a slight correction but is still in a long-term uptrend. As for currencies like $AUDNZD or $EURGBP, they are fluctuating in a narrow range without a clear direction. It might be said that the overall picture still needs a bit more clarity. For those looking at specific stocks right now, what are your views?

Agree, the caution around liquidity is key. While fundamentals might be strong, external economic factors create real headwinds. It's tough to gauge when that will ease.

That's a really interesting point about liquidity, especially with the global economic factors. I'm trying to figure out how much of the current volatility is due to those external factors versus purely domestic sentiment. What indicators are you looking at to gauge that?
