It's not just you. I sometimes wonder if the 'Know Your Client' process has morphed into 'Know Your Client... and then make them jump through fiery hoops while we earn interest on their initial deposit.'

It's not just you. KYB is a major sticking point, and some firms definitely use it to their advantage, holding funds or making it so cumbersome you give up. Stick to the well-established ones with clearer processes if you can.

It's not just you. The onboarding process can definitely feel drawn out, especially when you're eager to get started. I've found that some of the newer firms are a bit quicker, but the established ones often have more stringent checks, which, while annoying, can also be a sign of their stability.
