Vừa trải qua quy trình KYB để mở một tài khoản futures mới dành riêng cho hợp đồng dầu thô, và nó thật sự là một trò đùa. Mất hàng tuần để trao đổi qua lại, gửi đi gửi lại cùng một tài liệu nhiều lần, và dịch vụ khách hàng của họ thì hoàn toàn không biết gì. Tôi phải liên tục theo dõi chỉ để mọi thứ được giải quyết. KYB for futures can definitely be a grind, especially with new accounts. Some brokers are worse than others, but weeks of back and forth is excessive. Which broker was it, if you don't mind sharing?

That's tough to hear, and unfortunately, it's not entirely uncommon, especially with more specialized accounts like futures. Some brokers are definitely better than others at streamlining the onboarding process. Could be worth looking into some of the newer, more tech-focused platforms if you're still exploring options.
