Understanding the EUR/USD 1.20 Level and Resistance

Được dịch tự động từ bản gốc · Đọc bản gốc (English)

It's interesting to watch $EURUSD flirting with that 1.20 level again. In technical analysis, these round numbers often act as significant psychological barriers or points of resistance. When a currency pair like $EURUSD approaches a level it's struggled to break above multiple times, it typically suggests strong selling interest at or near that price. This current push towards 1.20 from the 1.195 area, while not a massive move, means many traders will be eyeing that resistance for potential reversal signals or waiting for a decisive break before committing to further long positions. Failing to breach it could send us back towards the lower end of the recent range, whereas a strong, sustained break above could signal a new bullish leg.

Ah, 1.20, the Everest of EUR/USD. One day it'll be conquered, but probably after many more failed expeditions and a few more traders losing their shirt trying to 'predict the break'.

Agree, the 1.20 level has been a tough nut to crack for EUR/USD. I'm watching to see if there's enough volume this time to push through, or if we'll see another rejection.

Agreed, 1.20 has been a wall for a while. The real test is if we see sustained breaks above it, not just a quick wick that gets rejected.
