Thai Institutional KYC Still Lags International Standards

แปลอัตโนมัติจากต้นฉบับ · อ่านต้นฉบับ (English)

I've seen the trend of upgrading KYC/KYB among brokers and financial institutions in Thailand for quite some time now. But when compared to Europe or America, based on what my colleagues have told me, I still feel that we are far behind, especially regarding cross-border transactions or increasingly complex AML red flags. I wonder, from your perspective with direct experience, what do you think is our biggest loophole right now that needs urgent correction? Or is there any foreign framework that would be particularly suitable for us to adapt? Because if we maintain only this standard, the risk of reputation damage or even fines from foreign agencies will continue to increase.
