CPI next week – Inflation concerns still haunting

Seeing $USDSEK still running up today at 9.545, even though it seemed to have stabilized earlier. $USDMXN is also still fluctuating within its previous range around 17.3098. Although there are only minor changes, it reflects the overall picture that the forex market remains highly fragile, especially with the CPI announcement next week, which is concerning. If it comes out higher than expected again, I think we will see the USD strengthen further due to expectations that the Fed will keep interest rates high for longer. We still need to be careful and adjust portfolios well during this period.
