เป็นปัญหาโลกแตกเลยครับเรื่องนี้ ยิ่งเจอฝั่งที่ใช้ระบบเก่าๆ นี่คือหนักเลย ของผมเคยเจอที่ต้องโทรตามเป็นสิบสายกว่าจะได้เอกสารครบ ผมว่ามันอยู่ที่ตัวพาร์ทเนอร์แต่ละเจ้าจริงๆ ว่าเขามีระบบจัดการดีแค่ไหน

It's not a secret handshake you're missing; it's more like a secret ritual involving ancient scrolls and a quill pen. Pretty sure somewhere there's a dedicated team whose sole job is to decipher smudged fax signatures from 2007.

We've found that having all your own documentation perfectly organized and pre-vetted by a third-party legal service can shave a little time off, but it's still a crawl. The bottleneck often seems to be internal to the larger institutions themselves.

It's definitely a bottleneck. We've seen some improvement by pre-packaging almost everything imaginable on our end, but even then, it often comes down to their internal workflows and priorities. Curious if anyone has found a service that effectively streamlines the counterparty's side of the diligence.
