ADA and US Interest Rate Direction

Seeing $ADA plummet to 0.1616% and $GLD rise slightly to 371.9, I can't help but wonder if the market is still closely watching the Fed's stance on interest rates. Every small economic data release seems to immediately impact the investment sentiment for risky assets like crypto. It seems there's still no real guarantee when the Fed will start cutting rates in the near future.

For Emerging Markets (EM), US interest rates are like a constant shadow. When US rates are high, money easily flows out of EMs. So now I have to re-evaluate my list of EM stocks to see which ones have enough immunity to withstand the impact of rising interest rates, or which ones have dropped to an attractive price for long-term accumulation. But I still need to be careful about volatility.
