We've definitely seen the same. Some of these EM PSPs are a nightmare for KYB. Our solution has been to really lean on local counsel for due diligence on new providers, and frankly, drop the ones that can't get their act together after a couple of failed attempts.

Definitely seeing that. The lack of standardization is a real pain. We've started prioritizing PSPs with dedicated EM desks, even if their fees are slightly higher, to try and mitigate some of those issues.
