Thai PSPs and European KYC: Any unusual cases?

I'm looking into new PSPs in Thailand for a business that handles a lot of $EURUSD clients, and I'm running into issues with KYC for the European side. Some providers seem unfamiliar with certain documents or have more complicated procedures than expected. Has anyone had interesting experiences or encountered minor issues that needed solving in this area? I'd like to hear other people's perspectives.
