Overlooked Risks in Chasing High Returns of $SPCX and Outlook on $ASML

แปลอัตโนมัติจากต้นฉบับ · อ่านต้นฉบับ (English)

Saw $SPCX surge today, almost 16% to $133.11. What's concerning is that such sharp rises often come with extreme volatility, meaning high downside risk. Anyone chasing the price now must consider position sizing and stop loss carefully. Expecting 10-20% returns in a single day without acknowledging the inherent risks could lead to significant losses if the market reverses quickly.

As for $ASML, up 2.15% to $1740.99, it still looks like an interesting long-term stock due to strong fundamentals. Despite its high price, it reflects quality and a crucial role in the tech supply chain. However, be cautious about its rather stretched valuation. Entering at this price level might require a Dollar-Cost Averaging strategy or waiting for a clearer pullback to reduce the risk of buying in too high.

Completely agree on $SPCX. High volatility cuts both ways, and chasing parabolic moves often leads to painful drawdowns. For $ASML, I'm curious what your outlook is given the recent chip sector fluctuations.

It's always the quiet ones that get you. Everyone's chasing the shiny new thing, meanwhile $ASML is just doing its thing, printing money (and microchips). Looks like the tortoise might still win this race.
