Broker Fees and Spreads in Asian Markets: Anyone Else Feel Robbed?

Hello everyone, today I want to ask for opinions on broker fees and spreads in Asian markets (like $SET, Nikkei, Hang Seng). I've been trading for many years and have used many brokers, but lately, I feel like the fees and spreads are eating into my profits too much. Especially if it's day trading or small scalping, there's almost nothing left. Sometimes the commission and slippage are even more expensive than expected. So I want to know if anyone else is experiencing similar situations, or if anyone has tips on choosing a more cost-effective broker in this region? Or is it because we're used to the very narrow $EURUSD spreads that when we encounter Asian spreads, we feel they're too expensive?
