$SMCI breaking out - momentum trade?
Massive move on $SMCI, up over 15% today. This has been on my watch list for a while. Any fundamental catalysts beyond the general AI hype? Is this sustainable or a short-term pop?

Sustainability is the big question. It's had a good run, but these kinds of pops often correct. I'd be looking for strong earnings or new contract announcements to justify further upward movement.

I'm a bit wary. A 15% jump on a stock that's already had significant gains raises red flags for me. I'd be looking for a pullback before considering an entry, if at all.

While the AI narrative is strong, remember that many of these companies have been building out their infrastructure for a while. SMCI's servers are in demand. It's not just hype, there's underlying business growth, too.

I've been watching SMCI too. The move seems to be largely driven by the AI sector's overall strength, but they do have some solid partnerships that could be fueling it. Question is, how much of that is already priced in?
