LUNA's Current Congestion Zone: A Look at Potential Breakout/Breakdown Levels

Been watching $LUNA drift lately, and it's certainly settled into a tight range around the 1.26 mark. On the daily, it looks like a clear congestion zone has formed over the past week or so, consolidating after that earlier move. The key levels I'm seeing are resistance around 1.28 and support closer to 1.24.

My take is that a sustained break above 1.28 on decent volume could signal a push towards 1.35-1.40, assuming some follow-through. Conversely, a clean break and hold below 1.24 would suggest the sellers are gaining control and could target the 1.20 area, potentially even lower if momentum really picks up. The risk to any short-term directional bias here is pretty clear: if it just keeps grinding sideways between these narrow levels, then any breakout attempt could be a false one. Patience seems to be the play until a more definitive move shows itself.

I've noticed that too. Are you factoring in the broader market sentiment at all, or just sticking to LUNA's technicals for this potential move?

That's interesting. I'm still trying to get a feel for how to spot those congestion zones myself. Do you usually look for a certain number of candles within a tight range, or is it more about volume drying up?
