Thoughts on EMQQ and the 'China tech bounce' narrative

Starting to wonder if the recent uptick in things like $EMQQ (currently at 31.95) is more wishful thinking than a real shift in fundamentals. It feels like the same 'China tech bounce' narrative gets trotted out every few months, yet the underlying regulatory risks haven't exactly evaporated, nor has the geopolitical landscape settled. Are we just seeing short-term tactical plays or is there a genuine case for a sustained recovery here? Happy to be wrong, please tell me why.

That's a really interesting point about the regulatory risks still being there. I've been watching EMQQ too, but I'm curious what specific metrics or news you'd be looking for to signal a more fundamental shift rather than just a tactical bounce?

I'm with you on the skepticism. The regulatory environment and geopolitical tensions in China haven't really improved, so it's hard to see a sustainable bounce based on fundamentals right now. It feels more like short-term positioning reacting to minor news cycles than a true turnaround.
