Watching the Fed and stablecoin utility shifts

It's interesting to see how the market is digesting the latest inflation numbers, with the Fed's stance still a bit ambiguous on the pace of cuts. This push and pull on interest rates definitely affects the demand for stablecoin usage in a couple of ways. On one hand, higher rates in traditional finance could theoretically pull some liquidity away from crypto, but on the other, the efficiency and speed of stablecoin settlements become even more appealing for fintechs and merchants looking to optimize their cash flow in a volatile rate environment. For me, it reinforces the long-term utility narrative for the better-governed stablecoins. I'm keeping an eye on projects that are really nailing the on/off-ramp experience, because that's where the rubber meets the road for broader adoption, regardless of where $PLTR closes today.

It's always a fun game of 'will they, won't they' with the Fed, isn't it? Just when you think you've got a handle on the tea leaves, they switch to coffee grounds.
