Experiences with PSPs and Liquidity for Crypto Payouts

We're currently re-evaluating our PSP setup, specifically concerning crypto payouts for our higher volume users. The main friction points have been two-fold: KYC/KYB for larger fiat off-ramps and the actual liquidity management on the crypto side when dealing with diverse altcoins, not just $BTC or $ETH.

Our current provider has decent rates for major pairs, but when a client requests payout in, say, $ADA or $SOL, the spread widens significantly, and sometimes there's a noticeable delay in execution due to their internal liquidity constraints. Wondering what others' experiences have been with PSPs that offer robust altcoin liquidity and competitive spreads for payouts, without requiring a separate deep-dive KYB for every new token. Are most of you seeing similar issues, or have some found a more streamlined solution that balances compliance with efficient execution for less liquid cryptos?

This is a common headache. For the altcoin liquidity, have you looked into aggregating liquidity from multiple DEXs or a service that specializes in off-chain settlement for less liquid pairs? It might add some complexity but could smooth out the execution.
