Anyone else hitting a wall with prop firm payout processes?
Been with a couple of these prop shops over the last year, and while the challenges are one thing, the actual payout mechanism is a whole different beast. Some firms seem to have their act together, paying out within days, no fuss. Others? It's like pulling teeth. KYC/KYB all over again, fees that pop up out of nowhere, and then the actual transfer takes an age. It just makes you question the stability of their own backing, frankly.
Are others finding the same inconsistencies? Is there something specific I should be looking for in their terms before starting a challenge that hints at a smooth withdrawal process, or is it always a gamble until you get there?
Yeah, the payout process can definitely be a headache. It sounds like you've been through it with a few different firms; have you found any specific red flags to look out for during their onboarding that indicate a difficult payout experience later?
